aviators who shall have taken part in the exhibition.

  The said Paul Studensky shall receive ten (10%) per cent of one of such equal fractional parts.

  It is further understood and agreed that any contract of employment between National Aeroplane Company and Paul Studensky shall become null and void at the election of said National Aeroplane Company in case said Paul Studensky be enjoined from flying, engaging in aerial exhibitions, or acting as instructor of aviation, either at the instance of the Federational Aeronautique Internationale, or the Aero Club of America, or by order of any court.
