of the period indicated above, Mr. Bleriot will keep the 2,000 francs. 
    Mr. Studensky will insure himself in case of accidents to a third party, for a minimum of 100,000 francs for damages and 25,000 francs for each victim, and will not hold Mr. Bleriot liable for any accidents Mr. Studensky may cause, or for any that may happen to him personally. 
    When Mr. Studensky boards the plane entrusted to him by Mr. Bleriot, he is prohibited from leaving the training field area, except accidentally.
    Mr. Studensky will provide a deposit of 1,500 francs as a guarantee. The sum will be returned to him on his departure after deduction of any debts incurred. 
    In case of any disagreement between the parties, only the Seine Court will be qualified to handle the matter.
