Having been informed that you have secured the exclusive control of the Nieuport Monoplane in the U. S., it affords me great pleasure to offer you [[strikethrough]]my services[[/strikethrough]] for consideration my services as aviator. Am twenty five years of age, single, a graduate of the Bleriot School of Aviators at Estampes and I am licensed under the Aero Club of France, my license number being 292. I am very familiar with the Nieuport machines and can fly both monoplanes and biplanes. Have been in America for the past four months during which time I have been engaged in a professional occupation. If you can use an able, experienced flyer, it would give me great pleasure to enter.
