W.S. Linn, Sec'y-Treas.,
National Aeroplane Co.,
Chicago, Ill.

Dear Sirs: -

In behalf of the citizens of our city, the undersigned wish to attest our sincere thanks and appreciation for the services rendered by your Company in the person of Mr. Paul Studensky, who gave us two successful flights during the morning and afternoon of yesterday; most especially do we wish to attest the appreciation for each and every representative of your Company who were with us, all of whom conducted themselves as gentlemen, both on and off the Aviation field, much to our satisfaction and from our understanding much superior to the average representatives of ordinary Aviation Companies.

For the information of you as well as anyone who would wish to interview us, it would give us pleasure to speak a kind word for your Company, as your endeavors and flights were most successful and satisfactory and our people are enthusiastic that we were so fortunate in securing the services of such gentlemanly representatives. In behalf of your Aviator Mr. Paul Studensky we wish to attest our regard of his amiable disposition, charming personality and also most successful as an experienced Aviator. We can only trust that our Celebrations may be made a permanent institution in the advancement of our City and that we may again one year hence have relations perfected whereby we will Contract with the same National Aeroplane Co. and have as Aviator, Mr.Paul Studensky, whom we appreciate very much as a manly sport and can only regret that circumstances are such as to take him as well as the other representatives of your Company so soon from our midst.

Again thanking you for your fulfillment of our Contract to the letter and in behalf of our citizens wishing you much success in the Aviation line which your Company so richly deserves, with kind personal regards, We beg to remain,

Very truly yours,
(Signed) Thos. L. Craig.
Mayor.

(Signed) Fred L. Smyre,
