Dear Sir:-

Your postal of Mar. 11th received. We note that you say you will come on Monday, March 31st and will be in Cleveland on the morning of April 1st. March 31st is Tuesday but we suppose you meant that you would leave Cincinnati, March 30th and have arranged to have our notice for taking depositions changed so that the depositions will be taken Tuesday, March 31st, at 10 A.M.

Kindly advise us at your earliest convenience repecting the exact time which you will arrive in Cleveland Monday evening so that if necessary we can reach you and take up any matters that seem of importance.

With best regards to yourself and Mrs. Studensky, I remain,

Yours very truly,
