[[underlined]]Special work accomplished.[[/underlined]]

Under this heading may be mentioned the arranging and labelling of specimens in several new exhibition cases. Among the groups thus treated are the game birds of Europe, Eastern United States and Western United States, respectively, and the Pheasant family, represented by many fine examples from China, the Himalayas, and various other parts of Asia. Also a special exhibit, for which it is difficult to find an appropriate name, but which may for convenience be designated a "children's case". This exhibit [[strikethrough]]include[[/strikethrough]] occupies a very large square case with plate glass sides and includes various birds most often mentioned in popular natural histories and other untechnical books, and which are therefore most interesting to children as well as older people who are not ornithologists
