My dear friend:
I received your letter this noon. When I opened my letter I let Susan read it for me. I thank you very much and am deeply grateful for the help you have given my children.
About 3 years when I was in trouble you helped me out of it. You helped me then and I felt that you were almost related to me. 
Now you have helped all my family.
I want to do all that you want me to do in your letter.
