My Dear Miss Gay:-
 I was delighted to receive your kind letter of June 8"th + little intended that it should remain so long unanswered. But some how when one is so very busy, it is so easy not to think that is after the necessary letters are written.
There for weeks after Mr. Morgan had the Grippe, indeed, almost up to the time we went away. I had to do double duty + each day seemed more than full.
