tribe as containing the names of those who were properly entitled to allotments under the treaty of 1865; from which fact it would seem clear that she was not recognized as a member of the tribe, or so related to it as to entitle her to an allotment, and as she has been absent from the tribe ever since, and has been in no way identified with it, I do not see how she can be recognized without the consent of the tribe.
