[[strikethrough]] These men have [[/strikethrough]] We all agreed [[strikethrough]] with my [[/strikethrough]] and these men will tell you same words. They have thought and talked of what I am about to say. We do not wish to have with us any longer government employees [[strikethrough]] with us. We do wish any [[/strikethrough]] There are the physician, carpenter, blacksmith [[strikethrough]] nor the mill any longer [[/strikethrough]] and miller. We prefer that [[strikethrough]] wish [[/strikethrough]] the Indians [[strikethrough]] to have their own [[/strikethrough]] job shops for themselves and be paid for their work [[strikethrough]] done [[/strikethrough]] by those who have the work done at the shop.

We have experience with employee system. We have not found [[strikethrough]] that the Agency Employees are not useful or [[/strikethrough]] good for the people. We have had [[strikethrough]] those [[/strikethrough]] employees who were tricky, and [[strikethrough]] they have [[/strikethrough]] these men brought us low. [[strikethrough]] We wish now to do away with government employees, they are a failure. [[/strikethrough]] We think that to bring Govt employees is a failure as to any help given to the judge.

Only a few of the people are served by these employees & yet all the people are made to contribute without paying this and many [[?]] of the people [[?rec.]] [[?working]] in return. [[strikethrough]] In time past [[/strikethrough]] Some years ago we sold land [[strikeout]] and of the [[/strikeout]] money or a part of it reached the people. [[strikeout]]but now the small amount which remains is paid to Employees, who serve[[/strikeout]] and for a time but by [[?]] When the amt. became smaller the people rec'd nothing & all the money was used to pay employees from whom only a small part of the people receive any benefit.
The people rec. nothing in return.
