Permit me to offer one more subject of consideration arising from the changed condition of the people as was allotted.  The Loyan runs thru. [[strikethrough]] the [[/strikethrough]] Townships 24. Ramsey [[overwritten]] 6 [[/overwritten]] 7 and Town. 25 R. 6 and its general curve is followed by the R. R.[[strikethrough]] follows the general curve of the stream.[[/strikethrough]] now the water line of the river.  The Loyan is a steady well fed stream. not subject to sudden and distructive rises.  And along its southing course thro. these two Townships there are at least two mill sites.  Both of these [[strikeout]] occur [[/strikeout]] are on [[strikethrough]] land [[/strikethrough]] allotments to Indians.   One [[strikethrough]] in within [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] of these in site is in each of Township [[strikethrough]] before [[/strikethrough]] mentioned.  The residue of 
land unallotted back of the R. R. in Township 24 R.7, [[strikethrough]] is [[/strikethrough]] by the Act of Aug 7. 1882 is open next June [[strikethrough ]] oppen to approvement and sale [[/strikethrough]] to White settlers.   [[strikethrough]] On [[/strikethrough]] In Sec. 35 of this Township [[strikethrough]] close [[/strikethrough]] on the very border of the Reserve line lies [[strikethrough]] the Town of [[/strikethrough]] Bancroft.  A thrifty-growing town likely to be fed & increase in importance by the fine farming
