Aug. 7" 1882, is supplementary, and Art. 4. distinctly stating that only the mixed bloods residing at the time with the Omahas shall be entitled to allotments of land, and as neither Antoine Barada or any of his children, including Celestia Kuhn, were at the time living with the Omahas, but residing on lands that had received by virtue of their mixed blood, on the Nemaha half-breen Reserve, I submit the following decision for approval.

That Celesia Kuhn, daughter of Antoine Barada is not entitled to an allotment of land on the Omaha Reserve.

In this connection, I would call attention to my letter to the Department under date of July 28," stating the case of Euphrasia Peters, sister to Celestia Kuhn, and
