Sir,
   The platts furnished show the northern boundary line of the Omaha reservation to be the section line between the two southern tiers of sections of Town ship 26, as far back from the Missouri river as the four mile jog in the first or original boundary between the Omaha and the Winnebago reservations.
   It has been understood here that the second cession of Omaha land to the Winnebagoes was two miles in width, this would indicate fractions as the old line did.  These fractions do not appear on the plats furnished.
