[[preprinted]] 118 [[/preprinted]] Omaha Neb. March 24 4 Mr Henry Allis. Council Bluffs Iowa Sir: I learn from Mr Henry Fontenelle that the two daughters of Mr Ray Harvey are living with you. They are entitled to the land covered by their Mother. Jane Harvey's certificate of allotment upon the Omaha Reservation dated 1871 for the N.W. 1/4 of Section 27 Township 24 Range 10, East. This gives the daughters 80 acres each their share as full orphans by the Act. of August 7, 1882. Will you please send me the Mother's certificate & also designate how the daughters will divide the land, whether into North or South halves or East or West, & the full name of the & location of each of the daughters. This needs to be done at once, as the allotment work is about to be closed. Respectfully A. C. Fletcher Spl. U. S. Indian Agent.
