Agent Robbins.
Dear Sir:

Will you please have notice given that all persons who take lands in the region known as "Noble Country" near Lake Waha and north east of the [[??]] report the [[unreadable section]]

The Surveyor will go for the third and last time to that locality this week [[??]] to the last case. All that do not go now cannot [[?]] to have their [[?]] shown to them but. must find them themselves.

There were several absent last Fall where their lands were run out [[??]]. which the corners, their men, should now go and put up fences and mounds in their allotments. [[Living Rayi??d]] is of their [[?]]. The men should go prepared to camp until the work is done. [[?]] all can be [[?]] out in one day, each one must take his turn, and those who are not the first often get impatient & leave. I shall now close allotments in the vicinity.

Respectfully
