this is to spell out "the name" of God, to learn something of His informing life and power. "True life", is the consecration of all our powers, physical, mental, emotional, to the service of God, for we can only serve God, by serving others. We must look beyond ourselves, beyond what is merely pleasing to us and try to think, is it right? is it something really given us to do? So shall we obey His law.

I am very sorry for S.C. Please tell him from me, that I am sorry for him. I know what it is to lose a mother. We never have but one mother, so the loss is a very real one, and can never be replaced.
