I am sending you the correspondence which came to me recently. Mr. Underwood was introduced to me by Mr. Guy M. Spears who sold some of my Greene for me. Mr. Underwood is the President of the Company. Is seems as tho. this was a proposition which it might be well to try for a small sum,$100, or so, nat a large amount. The bond gives 5 per cent and is due Dec 15. 1912, & then convertable into stock. You can think about this, & decide. Return me the letters. I am thinking about putting in $100.
