Home May 1. 1911 P.M

My dear Francis.
You say you have written me several letters but I do not ans. them. For ten days I had not a word from you, but I have written right along. Twice I have figured out the days, working days in July. I asked Mr Hodge about what to count out. He said, "Sundays, legal holidays & half of Saturdays." As I count it, there are 22 working days in July counting out Sundays, the 4th & the ½ of 5 Saturdays. I recall suggesting that you start home on Friday P.M. June 30 or noon which would take an extra day, that is ½ of Friday, the 30 of June, & the working ½ of Saturday July 1st. That would leave you 7 days coming to you later. It seems very strange you have not these letters. I have also written you about other matters to which you make no reference. Perhaps the letters have been delayed some way. I hope they will all turn up. I have enclosed you several letters,
