[[underlined]] Work of the Taxidermist [[/underlined]]

Mr. Henry Marshall mounted, during July, 23 specimens, and made skins of 3, During the same period, Mr. N. R. Wood mounted 8 specimens for the Department of Birds.

[[underlined]] Special Work accomplished. [[/underlined]]

The working up of a collection of birds from Honduras and another from Costa Rica was completed during July, and the results turned in to the editor of the "Proceedings" for publication.
Considerable work was also done, as opportunity occurred, on a revision of the genera [[underlined]] Sittasomus [[/underlined]] and [[underlined]] Formicarius [[/underlined]], besides other groups, the results so far as completed, being embodied in the
