II.  The proceedings, findings and sentences in the foregoing cases of Privates Constantine Lights, Co. I, 6th Infantry, Edward O'Connor, Co. E, Michael Welsh, Edgar M. Andews, Co. F, 8th Infantry, Jno. Williams, Abram Swann, Ananias Underdoo, Co. G, 40th Infantry, and Charles E. Bassett, Co. A, 5th Cavalry, are approved.  So much of the sentences as requires confinement, will be carried out under direction of the Commanding officer of the Post at which the companies to which the prisoners belong may be serving.

III.  The proceedings, finding and sentence in the foregoing case of Private Thompson Baird, Co. F, 8th Infantry, are approved.  He will be released from confinement and returned to duty.

IV.  The proceedings, finding and sentence in the foregoing case of Quartermaster Sergeant W.F. King, Co. G, 40th Infantry, are approved.  Private King will be released from arrest and returned to duty.
