The above given residence address is a good class elevator apartment house and is located in a good section. Living conditions here are favorable. We are advised that they have been here since April 1937, have a lease on apartment #12-A, and are paying a rental of about $2,700.00 a year. The management here advises that they are slow in meeting their rental obligations. For several weeks prior to this they resided at the Hotel Middletown, 148 East 48th Street, N. Y. C. and had a good record. He had been a resident here with his first wife for several years prior to this.
