Dear Madame:

I take the liberty of addressing these few lines to you as I recently heard of your interest in art and was most anxious to invite you to call at our galleries.

I had the privilege of knowing the Grand Duchess Helene and Prince Nicholas of Greece, with whom I often discussed art.

It would be a pleasure to show you our collection of old and modern pictures, as well as our exhibition of Christmas Gifts - which we are on the point of opening - comprising mostly drawings, water-colors and some oils by modern European and American artists.

I am certain you would enjoy your visit here, and looking forward to the privilege of receiving you in the near future,

Respectfully yours,

(Georges E. Seligmann)
