December 2nd, 1935.

Dear Mrs. Palmer,

Having recently heard of your interest for modern pictures, I thought of letting you know that we have at present on private view three extremely fine Van Gogh paintings, which arrived here too late to be included in the exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art.

May I take advantage of this letter to ask you if you would be kind enough to allow me to call on you and see the pictures you own? I would be very grateful to you for giving me this opportunity.

Kindly believe me

Yours sincerely,

(René Seligmann)
