A recent inspection of these premises made by our Safety Engineer disclosed certain hazardous conditions. In order to prevent accidents, we are listing below recommendations for their elimination and request that immediate action be taken. Kindly notify us as soon as this necessary work is completed so that we may make a checking reinspection.

1. The warped wood door saddle at side entrance to basement should be repaired.

2. The litter should be removed from walk at side of building.

3. The loose bars in fence that extend into narrow walk at side of building should be repaired.

1. The electric contact for car gate should be adjusted so that gate must be fully closed before contact is made.
