Dear Sir:

Following my telephone conversation with the Consulate this morning, I am enclosing a short passage in Swedish which I understand some one in your office may be able to translate for us. A simple, rather literal translation would be all we require, not a certified translation.

Would you be good enough to have the translator telephone (PLaza 3-0250), before undertaking the work, so that we may discuss the type of translation, fee, etc?
With thanks for your help,

Sincerely yours,
