Mr. Georges E. Seligmann,
5 E. 57th Street,
New York 22, N. Y.

Dear Mr. Seligmann:

I am back at the office this week, after a few days out with a cold. That is why we haven't previously answered your letter of March 4.

We should be glad to have you give us a ring any time you come to Baltimore, but should not like to think that you are making a special trip here to see us. In short, we should not like to have the responsibility of feeling that you are counting on a real business engagement with us, and would much prefer simply to see you unannounced whenever you are down here on other business.

With kindest regards, I am

sincerely,
