I have the honor to submit herewith a report upon the work done in the Department of Birds during the month of June, 1894.

The number of specimens entered in the Museum register during June, was 151 (catalogue numbers 133068-133218 inclusive), the principal accessions being the following:

From [[underlined]] Lt. Wirt Robinson, U.S.A.; [[/underlined]]  97 specimens, (41 species), from Florida.  (Acc. 28213.  Gift).

From [[underlined]] Chas. W. Richmond, [[/underlined]] U.S. National Museum;  12 specimens (2 species), from Smith's Island, Virginia.  (Acc. 28224.  Gift).
