I have the honor to submit herewith a report upon the work performed in the Department of Birds during the month of December, 1894.

The number of specimens entered in the Museum register during December was 45 (catalogue numbers 135104-135148 inclusive), the principal accessions being as follows:

From [[underline]] Edward Gerrard [[/underline]], Camden Town, London, England; one [[underline]] Porzana albigularis [[/underline]] from Columbia, and three Trogons from Borneo. (Acc. 28762. Purchased).

From [[underline]] W. W. Price [[/underline]], Leland Stanford University, California; one ^[[√]] Olive Warbler ([[underline]] Dendroica olivacea [[/underline]]) from Arizona. (Acc. 28765. Gift).
