She said to the horse: If the boy should forget my words, you remind him. After passing this water surrounded by brass, you horse will go up into the sky seven times and come down on the earth seven times and then you will see water surrounded by steel. Do not drink the water. If you forget my words, the horse will remind you. If your horse is fast enought, you might catch Putli-samin taking a bath in that water. If you let your horse go seven times into the sky and seven times into the earth, you will reach water surrounded by gold. When you reach the waer surrounded by gold you can drink it, because this the the water of the lady you seek. If you are lucky you will catch her in the water taking a bath, but if not you will only see her step on the stones. If she is not at the water, go her nearby palace. When you reach the palace you know what to say. Wgen you see her, ask her to join you in a horse race. However, when you race, don't go ahead of her. If she goes fast, you go fast; if she goes slowly, you go slowly. Race her three times, and the third time you ride on her horse with her.
