III collected during the Cruise of the Steamer Albatross in the Bahama Islands in April 1886. 60 specimens amongst these two eggs of the rare Saurothera bahamensis collected by Mr. J.E. Benedict VI Purchased of Mr. F. Stephens San Berna^[[r]]dino Cal Harporhynchus lecontei. Two nests and 7 eggs new to the collection VII Purchased of Mr. A.T. Wayne Charleston S.C. Helonia swainsoni Nest & two eggs new to the collection. VIII In addition to the eggs 148 nests have been received the greater portion of these very fine specimens and many new to the nest collection of the Museum.
