暑イ暑イ本当ニ暑イ。流石喜義、台湾ダ。ツイ先日
迠寒イ寒イト北満ノ地デ頑張ッテ井タノニ、モウ早
ヤ暑イ暑イト悲鳴ヲ挙ゲ、炎天下[[中?]]場デ整備ニ愛機ノ身体モ若干手入修理実施、[[冨?]]内酒保デ阿武軍ノ殿ト「アイスキャンデー」ヲ十五本食ッテ退宿ス、帰ヘレバ早々「バナナ」「パイナップル」氷水等充分、コノ際コノ際トバカリ喰ンダリ食ッタリシタリ。同ジ内地デアリナガラ、コンナニ甘イ、旨イ物ガ沢山アルトハ本当ニ幸福ナ所ダト思ヒタリ。

支郡事変始ッテ早ヤ七年ヲ経過、アノ頃ノ感激ト意気今ニシテ思ヘドモ湧キ立ツモノガアリ、自分ハ今ソノ時ノ熱意ヲ以テ台湾ノ一角ニ来ルベキ日ヲ待ッテ井ル。北満ニ住ツテ、モウ台湾。本当ニ夢ノ様ナリ。整備ヲ早々ニ終リテ喜義神社ニ参拝。神々シテ神域、内地ニハ見ラレナイ青々トシタ木立ノ中二
檜ソサイ、立派ナ神前ニ跪キ心行ク迄誓ヒタリ。
燈火管制厳重ナ街頭。夕涼シテ井ル人々。本当ニ南国特有ノ幸福サニ打レテ井ルノニ感心シタ。

Transcription Notes:
Person 1: Finished transcribing and roughly translated, but could not make out many of the words. New perspectives greatly appreciated. Person 2: 喜義神社 appears to be the name of a shrine that was in Taiwan. I don't believe it is Kagi Shrine. Person 3: made a few edits including replacing "." with "。". Saw in another transcription the strange mark after 炎天下 was 中, so I placed it in brackets. Did not touch the translation that followed. deleted translation not needed.
