[[/underlined]] You know when I sent you, the understanding was that your time was to commence when you began to teach; in the mean time you was

I will send you your salary up to the 1st of March very soon. Shall I send a draft on Washington Bank by mail? I dont know how to get it to you in any other way. I think you can negotiate it at a store near you  Send in your reports to Maj. [[underlined]] Van Derlip [[/underlined]] at Annapolis promptly each month. Report your night school on a separate blank like the day. I hope you will make your school first class and keep it full. I send you Manual of Vanguard of Freedom. Please organize under it.
