I did not expect this delay and trouble, when I helped to built your house.  Your promise were very fair.  Said you would have the house done right away.  We cannot pay any salary to a teacher who cannot pass a good examination.  I can get a colored man to teach the school, if there is any colored men in your way, who can teach a good school let him come and see me.  It is very strange that you cannot furnish bord for any one.
