Sir

We cannot help at New Creek unless the School Board will go on and built a house & buy a lot with our help and the help of the colored people. They must own the property as it is their business to furnish schools for the colored people where they are needed. Are there schools at Moorfield, Romney and Wadesville. Please let me know what it being done and be sure I will do all I can to help to educate your place.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Respectfully Yours
