Gen. [[underlined]] Whittlesey [[/underlined]] says that, in no case is transportation to be used by any one except the person for whom it is given.  He says that that matter has been up and so decided.

Do you know [[underlined]] Joseph Royal [[/underlined]] and [[underlined]] Charles Evans [[/underlined]] of your city?  They taught last year.  I did not know but you could use them.
