Sir:  I send you a plan of a school house.  If you will build after the plan, on the school lot, right away, I will agree that [[underlined]] Genl. Howard [[/underlined]] will pay bills for lumber, or work to the amount of $200.00, when the work is completed, and the house furnished, and further, we will also be able to send you a teacher with his salary paid for one year.
