Cant you get both buildings up this month?

Enclosed I return your deed which should be recorded at once.  I am authorized to assure you that help to the amount of $200 will be given you to aid in erecting your house.  Go on with it at once and finish as soon as possible.  You can buy the lumber as you proposed and have the bills sent to me when the building is completed.  Please tell the trustees at Salem to go on with their school and I will get help for them also.  Get both of these buildings up by the 1st of April.

I would like to have you take the school at Helens Creek Calvert County, if you will go there at the same time.  You can get there by going down to Prince Frederics and so on down to St Leonards.  That is the nearest school to you I have vacant.  I hope you will conclude to go there and have a paying school.  Report to me at once.

Then all the money you collect will be your own, and the society will send you the balance of your salary and all will be fixed up right, and we can start afresh.  Let me hear from hear from you at once as I am waiting to write to [[underlined]] Mr. Mitchel. [[/underlined.]]
