Capt Lawrence
The lumber has gone this day on a Schooner,(name I do not know, to Chapel Point, for the School House at Port Tobacco. Same amount of lumber sent to Leonardtown & same sized house. 
I have sent a plan & letters to Dr Wilmer & Washington Birch (colored)
Hope you will see to the care of the lumber & that the house goes on all right.
