Gnl Howard will furnish lumber to that amount of any kind you want and at any wharf & at any time you say: Or he will pay the Bills to that amount if you can buy the lumber better up there.

We would that the land had been deeded to the School board and the House built as a school house. & not as a School House & church, though we shall have no objections to it;'s being used as a church.
