Dear Sir,

A School House has been built in Port Tobacco, Charles Co., Maryland. A good house. They want a [[underlined]] Teacher. [[/underlined]] A [[underlined]] white [[/underlined]] one can board at the Hotel & be well treated. Board $20.00 per month, without washing or fires. Will you send a white one & pay her board. I am very anxious  they should have a [[underlined]] good [[/underlined]] school, the first in Charles Co. J W Booth, the murderer found many friends at P Tobacco. Our agent lives there, Dr Wilmer, a good man, the teacher would find some friends. If you [[underlined]] cannot [[/underlined]] send [[underlined]] white, [[/under-lined]] will you send [[underlined]] Colored [[/underlined]] Teacher
