In my estamates of Oct 4 (recd.) and of Oct 22 and Nov 3 I omitted the article of Vinegar

Please, therefore, to add the vinegar to the store not yet forwarded and send by first boat 40 to 50.000 rats. Ft Meyar to complete the rations of subs here

You will also please forward by first boat 40 or 50 Bbls Whisky

In my estimate dated Nov. 5 and Nov 7 subsatute [[underllined]] Beans [[/underlined]] for [[underlined]] Rice [[/underlined]] as the troops have changed their choice in the article of [[?]] [[?]]

Should no fresh or dried Antiscorbutics come in the Steamer - please write by return boat and request the C.S. in New Orleans to make the regular shipments of those articles as heretofore called for - If the bricks and (9000) lime have arrived ask the general if he will send out here the minimum amount required to build an oven of moderate size - say to bake 300 rations

Require more molasses from N. Orleans as I shall increase the issue of that article with dried fruit - say to 2 qts the 100 rationed - & [[?]]  with rice occasionally

Send the old bricks & the proper quantity

Refer to my letter book & send a copy of the letter calling for regular shipments of antiscorbutics or require 30 or 40 Bols dried fruit a month - and say Potatoes and onions by every Steamer - not exceeding say 80 BBls a month.  If the Fashion got off then send these requsitions by an early vessel & by mail via Savannah
