Notifies the Supt. of Education that when Stationery is required, monthly requisition in duplicate (Form 40 Q.M. Dept. or 31 Bureau R.F. & A.L.) should be forwarded to his Head Quarters therefor.  States that provision will be made for all printing necessary for the public service:  that Circulars &c. should not be issued by Supts. of Education without the approval of the Commissioner, except to give publicity to instructions from Head Quarters.

Requests to have the freight paid, and books sent to Jone's Wharf.

Thinks he will have a very large school &c.  Requests to be furnished with 1 doz. Primary Arithmetics, 1 doz. Primary Geographies, 2 doz. States, 1/2 doz. Grammars and 2 Alphabet Charts.  States that all the children have Comly's Spellers.
