Rev. John Kimball.

Dear Sir: I am just now in conversation with my friend Col. R.R. Corson, who has shown me your letter to him.

I can send you the teachers immediately. But I wish to know definitely what terms I can promise them. I can send you five young men well qualified to take charge of your best Schools.

I shall be glad if they can be assigned to duty near one another.

I received your letter of last week's date.
