Dear Sir

since I written to you last I have been in parts of St. Marys, Charles, Prince Georgas Calvert and A.A. Counties and received special orders to proceed to Annapolis and then Balt. and after the trial, I was orderd to Annapolis by Major VanDerlip and from there to this place on buisiness. And from here to Owensville then to Traces Landing and then through nearly all Calvert Co. looking after these apprintice cases I will get through with these cases as soon as I can and then go into St. Marys, Charles and Prince Georgas and push those school Houses forward as fast, as possible. Major VanDerlip told me that he had orderd the schools to be closed the last of this month because the Philadelphia Association could not pay for the month of June.
