Harper's Ferry

June 17, 1868.

Dear Sir:

They have estimated that it will requre 30,000 bricks for the house at Hagerstown, two of the walls to be 14 inch and two 9 inch, they have not submitted their plan but they have estimated the cost & Littlefield & Mathews express entire confidence in their ability to complete it.

The house is to be something on the plan of the one at Martinsburg.

The brick are now being sent forward
