Butler, J. H. — Agent.

States that he has seen a portion of the people of Barnesville, and they are anxious to begin work on the school-house: that their lot is not deeded for a Church, as the Supt. of Education supposed:  

that he has four or five more places to visit and will ^[[insert]] then [[/insert]] come to Washington:— that the farmers are very busy now, and a few weeks later would be a better time for holding meetings. Requests to be addressed at Poolsville.
