Dear Sir,
When schools for a given month are less than those of the previous month, of course the number enrolled per last report for the given month will be decreased. In such cases please note in red ink, or otherwise, the pupils in such schools, as [[underlined]] loss [[/underlined]] in the column "number left school this month". Then if they are (though failing to report) in existence, they will reappear in the schools "within the Knowledge" of the Superintendent, and explanation made on question No 10 "Remarks"
