Dear Sir you will excuse me for troubling of you with the perusial of these lines, but the urgancy which I have must [[fanished?]] my excuse.

The Subject are as followes.
Mr J. H. Fleet the teacher which wase sent to this point by the Rev John Kimble having faild to consult with the board of trustees in the regards to his place of board. And having learned from Mr Kimble that should he fail to discharge his duty as a teacher we should forthwith communicate with him and he would remove him at once, and we had mad all sutable arangements previously to his arival, but he being  actuated from som personally motive he refused to conform with Any of our arangement which caused much Excitement amounghte the people, and since we find many other impediments which render him unpopular for a teacher, and we having a thoure knowledge that he can not advance the cause of Education in this community because many of the parents dose not send there children. And in our judgement we thought it best to close the school and notify the teacher to that affect. And to consult with you and should it meet youre approbation
