Dear Sir, Yesterday the Executive Committee instructed me to notify you that hereafter, for the sake of maintaining direct communication with its teachers the monthly payments to each will be made directly from this office.

Will you not oblige us by sending at once, the [[underlined]] Post Office address [[/underlined]] of each of the teachers, so that our Teacher's Committee may address. Pardon me for calling attention to the fact that in many instances there are no Post Offices at the points where the schools are located in Md. wherefore the expediency of being made acquainted with the name of the Post Offices at which the teachers respectively receive their letters. We shall also desire them to report directly hither, which will relieve you from the toil of making a consolidated report.
