We have received yours of July 18th & will say in reply that we have as yet made no arrangements for sending teachers, & shall not do so before Sept.  We shall then continue to cooperate with the Baltimore Association, as we have hitherto done.— Mr. Chapin being absent, your letter to him was referred to our Committee.
